Assessment Night – Volunteer Sign-Up
This event is for volunteers only. It is NOT registration for a swimmer assessment.
We need 6 volunteers to help with our Assessment Night.
Family & Program Volunteers – 4 positions
These volunteers should be experienced PICK families who are comfortable speaking with families about:
- The program/group their swimmer is assessed into
- Practice Schedules
- PICK’s volunteer requirements
- PICK Events (e.g swim meets, social events, club activities)
- Questions families may have about getting started with PICK
Check-In Volunteers – 2 positions
These volunteers will:
- Sign swimmers in when they arrive
- Confirm swimmers are checked in for their assessment
- Help direct swimmers to the appropriate area
- Hand swimmers off to the coaches for their assessment
