Fundamentals Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Registration Commitment

By registering for the FUNdamentals Program, you are committing to the full session and are responsible for the program fee as outlined in the applicable registration information.

Commitment to Swimming Canada

By registering with Pickering Swim Club, you commit that your swimmer will complete the mandatory annual Swimming Canada registration.

Swimmers will not be permitted to participate in practices until the required Swimming Canada registration has been completed.

Attendance, Illness, and Program Cancellations

Swimmers must attend the day and time for which they are registered.

Swimmers who are ill should not attend practices.

There are no make-up sessions for missed practices. Refunds, credits, or adjustments will not be provided for missed practices due to illness or non-attendance.

If practices are cancelled due to facility closures or circumstances beyond the control of Pickering Swim Club, refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will not normally be provided.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Withdrawals submitted prior to the first week of scheduled practices may be eligible for a refund, less a $63 administration fee.

After this time, no refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided.
