At the Pickering Swim Club, we love to highlight the spirit, effort and achievements of our swimmers. From practices to competitions and special events, we capture photos and videos that reflect the energy and pride of our team.
These moments are shared through our website, social media, newsletters and other platforms to celebrate our athletes and build a sense of community. We are proud to showcase the incredible individuals who make up our team.
PICK Media Consent
I consent, on behalf of my swimmer, to my swimmer being interviewed, photographed, recorded or filmed, or to the image, voice, performance or related materials of my swimmer otherwise being captured (collectively, the “Photos/Media”).
I consent to the use, reproduction, publication and distribution of the Photos/Media, including for the purpose of promoting, publicizing or communicating information about the Pickering Swim Club.
The Photos/Media may appear in a variety of formats and media, including but not limited to:
- Printed materials
- Newsletters
- Advertisements
- Websites
- Social media platforms, including the Club’s Facebook and Instagram pages
- Promotional videos
- Other communication channels
I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Photos/Media, whether now or in the future, and waive any right to compensation or royalties arising from such use.
